Main job responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction and operation management of the electrochemical performance and safety and reliability testing laboratory of lithium-ion batteries;

2. Responsible for the preparation of test work instructions and the construction of test benches;

3. Responsible for docking internal and external tests of the company, promoting the implementation of tests, and providing feedback to solve test problems;

4. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing test data and compiling test reports;

5. Responsible for the failure analysis and continuous improvement of the test itself, and prepare the experience summary report;

3. Simulation calculation of particle size distribution of crushing equipment, crushing strength, simulation calculation of coordination of various parameters;

4. Reaction simulation calculation of nanofabrication

Job requirements
