1. Set up processes and systems related to foreign material management.

2. Manage the entire process from incoming materials to shipment, identify sources of foreign materials, set control standards, implement management methods, create execution plans, supervise departments in carrying them out, and continuously push for standardization and improvement in foreign material control.

3. Conduct periodic and random audits on foreign materials, and organize corrective actions and closures for any non-compliance issues.

Job Responsibilities

I. Procurement and Supplier Management

1. Responsible for the development, evaluation, certification, and onboarding management of suppliers for raw materials such as salts, solvents, core additives, and packaging materials.

2. Establish and improve the supplier management system, regularly conduct performance evaluations, implement tiered management, and continuously optimize supplier structure.

3. Organize annual bidding, price negotiation, and business negotiation for key materials, and sign framework agreements and procurement contracts.

II. Procurement Execution and Cost Control

1. Develop procurement strategies and stocking plans based on sales forecasts and PMC plans, execute procurement plans, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

2. Analyze raw material market trends, conduct cost structure analysis, and achieve annual cost reduction targets through strategic sourcing, value engineering, and negotiations.

3. Track the entire process of purchase order execution, handle delivery, quantity, and quality exceptions, coordinate storage, invoice entry, and payment matters, ensuring efficient and smooth procurement processes.

III. Supply Chain Risk Prevention and Quality Management

1. Identify and assess supply chain risks, develop contingency plans, and develop backup suppliers to enhance supply chain resilience and stability.

2. Work closely with the Quality and Technical Departments, participate in quality audits and sample verification of new suppliers, handle incoming material quality disputes, and promote the continuous improvement of supplier quality.

IV. Process Optimization and Team Collaboration

1. Optimize procurement processes and systems, promote effective application of procurement information systems such as ERP, OA, SRM, and enhance procurement efficiency and transparency.

2. Collaborate efficiently with production, planning, warehousing, finance, and R&D departments to support new product development, process improvement, and other optimization projects.

Job Requirements

1. Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.

2. Work Experience: Over 5 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in procurement for lithium-ion battery electrolytes, cathode and anode materials, separators, or related fine chemical industries.

3. Professional Skills: Familiar with the entire procurement process and possess practical experience in supplier management and negotiations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for researching the electrochemical performance and safety mechanism of our company's developed products such as electrolytes and solid-state electrolytes in batteries, analyzing the mechanisms at different levels;

2. Explore the intrinsic structure-performance relationship from material parameters to cell performance and provide suggestions for material development improvements;

3. Collaborate with the technical support team to conduct mechanistic analysis and interpretation for clients;

4. Establish cell mechanism analysis methods for different failure modes, including electrochemical performance under low-temperature charging and discharging, cycling, storage, as well as safety performance mechanisms under nail penetration, thermal chamber, overcharge, etc., and promote advanced testing characterization, methods, and tools.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in electrochemistry, materials science, or related field;

2. Good basic English skills, with the ability to read literature and conduct patent research;

3. Strong innovation, R&D, and communication skills;
