LionGo New Energy was founded by Dr. Li Lifei in May 2021. The headquarters was registered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. At present, it has three subsidiaries: Jiangsu LionGo New Energy (wholly-owned), LionGo (Huzhou) New Energy (wholly-owned) and LionGo (Zibo) New Energy (holding). Jiangsu LionGo New Energy was established in August 2021 with a registered capital of 60 million yuan and located in Liyang City, Jiangsu Province. LionGo (Zibo) New Energy was established in January 2022 with a registered capital of 120 million yuan. The joint venture party is Zibo Jingneng Technology Co., LTD., located in Zibo High-tech Zone, Shandong Province. LionGo (Huzhou) New Energy was established in February 2022 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan.The company has completed Angel and Series A financing, and expects to complete Series A+ financing by the end of 2022.
