On February 6, Liyang City convened the "Quality City Deepening Year" mobilization conference. Ye Minghua, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Changzhou Municipal People's Congress and Secretary of the Liyang Municipal Committee, attended and spoke at the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhou Yongqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Committee and Mayor. Other attendees included Shao Qinhua, Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress; Zhou Weizhong, Chairman of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC); and Zhuang Songnian, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission. The meeting announced and commended the Special Contribution Award, Special Activity Award, Star Enterprises, Single-item Awards, Outstanding Entrepreneurs, and Excellent Entrepreneurs for the year 2024. It also awarded the Major Contribution Award, Work Innovation Award, Excellent Project Award, and Major Project Breakthrough Award. Blue Solid (Changzhou) New Energy Co., Ltd. was honored with the 2024 Enterprise Growth Award.

On February 7, the Zibo High-tech Zone held the 2025 Key Project Tackling Mobilization Conference. Wang Xiaodong, Secretary of the Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Zibo High-tech Zone, attended and spoke at the meeting, which was chaired by Geng Qingwei, Deputy Secretary of the Working Committee. The meeting commended units and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the economic and social development of the Zibo High-tech Zone. Blue Solid (Zibo) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was awarded the 2024 Outstanding Contribution Unit for High-Quality Economic Development, and its Chairman, Li Lifei, received the Advanced Individual award.

On February 8, the 2025 Liyang High-tech Zone Innovation Development and "Integrated Industry-City, Fusion of Science and Industry" Mobilization Conference was held. Ye Minghua, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Changzhou Municipal People's Congress and Secretary of the Liyang Municipal Committee, attended and spoke at the meeting. Zhu Wei, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee and Director of the Liyang High-tech Zone Management Committee, made a mobilization deployment. The conference awarded enterprises, units, and individuals who made positive contributions to the development of the park in 2024. Blue Solid (Changzhou) New Energy Co., Ltd. was honored with the 2024 Advanced Unit for Scientific and Technological Innovation.
